So I decided to make a video to addressed these questions. This is the first video of my diet and I will be uploading more. So we can diet together and give each other moral support. It is very hard to try and lose weight and diet. So I am here to say that it is a very tough jorney but I am willing to help you with it. So that we together can be in the best body we deserve. It starts with loving yourself first. Good Luck and don’t ever take your eyes off the prize, set goals and reach them. You can do it! I believe in you!     I am 4′11″ and just lost 20 lbs. It is way harder when you are short. But, all I did was start eating organic and walking regularly…It took a little while, but, I am so happy with the results. Thanks for posting.

    omg, youve done so well, i know ts hard to loose weight, i was mainly only trying to loose a lil bit just to be more toned ect. , and even that was hard, so well done girl! :) xx

    Congrats on the weight loss. I know it’s hard. 5 years ago my dr told me to lose weight, i was 215 pounds and I am now at goal weight 135. It took me a year to get to goal weight, and I am only an inch taller than you. So keep it up.

    lol I’m 5′11 and that is not true at all! Have you ever seen a fat tall person? It’s friggin’ scary insane. And as for the fat, it so does congregate by the belly area.

    I Am 5 ft 2 and i am about 138lbs… I want to go down to 120 or 125… I have been lifting in the gym and I think i need to trade in the weights for cardio because I cannot even get any of my spring/summer clothes up over my thighs due to putting on muscle (my hams/quads). Im very frustrated about that… but the part i hate about me is my stomach… i literally have a spare tire. UGH

    6 years ago i lost 15kg from not eating carbs and I have managed to maintain the weight. What I did was not eat any carbs for 2 months.. so no bread, potato, pasta, rice etc. Later i very slowly started eating brown bread and then gradually eating very little amount of rice. If you introduce carbs back to your diet slowly, you wouldn’t gain the weight again. I do eat carbs now, but only very small portions.

    I know exactly what you’re going through. My friend Alena thinks that she’s fat, when she’s actually one of the prettiest girls at our school.

    We have a school full of cholas and fags, but it’s still an accomplishment.
