Weight Loss Journey, Week 26, Final Weigh In, Fat % Check and Measurements
www.BeslimForHealth.TSFL.cam. My TSFL Weight Loss Journey is at an end. I’ve decided I don’t want to lose any more weight. At this point, I’m losing my curves as well as the bulges. I’m going to work on building some muscle and seeing if things will firm up. So, now on to the next phase of transition and maintenance. I hope that goes as well as the weight loss phase. I’ll be checking in once or twice a month to let you know how I’m doing and what I work out for an exercise plan that produces results and that I can live with. In the meantime, I want to thank all of you who have followed my progress and sent messages of support – they were much appreciated.
